Sweet Sketch Wednesday125 and Bugaboo

My grand-daughter and grandson just started playing soccer again this fall. My grand-daughter is getting very good at soccer.  This is her fourth or fifth year playing. It is really exciting to watch her play. She is getting a good handle on the game for the most part.  This is my grandson's first year.  I love it when they are first starting out. It is so fun to watch the "bee hive" move up and down the field.  You just can't help but laugh, they are so cute.  They really aren't sure what they are doing. It is just fun for them to run up and down the field and hope that one of them kicks it into the net.   I forgot to take my camera with me this week.  I will get some pictures later to share.
Anyway, this image called "BB Soccer Girl" reminded me of my grandkids and I just had to use it. I think it makes a great birthday card. What do you think?

Our sponsor this week over at SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY  is one of our favorites.

BUGABOO STAMPS. Our grand prize winner this week will receive (7) seven free digis.

Wow, what a great prize.  I hope you will stop by and join us.  Our DT has made some fabulous cards for you this week.  Two our our Design Team members are featured on Bugaboo Stamps this week.
What a treat to be able to be spotlighted with their DT.

I had to try one of Deanne's (one of our former DT members) flower techniques this week. She always makes the most gorgeous flowers.

My second image is called:  "Monster Truck"  I got this image from Bugaboo when it was a freebie.  Jodi is always offering freebies each friday.  You won't want to miss out. They are adorable.

The sentiments that I used for my" Monster Truck" Birthday card is computer generated.  I used paper from a DCWV paper stack and Stampin Up, Scenic Route and K & Company for both cards.  I used the Cuttle Bug, star embossing folder and frayed the edges of the paper on the Monster Truck card  to make it look a little rugged.  I used Copic marker on both cards.

I hope you enjoy my cards this week

SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY 124
Hi Everyone!! I feel like I have lived on my computer the past couple of weeks to the point that I feel like my eyes are going to pop out of my head.  Work has been so stressful with lots of new things going on.  Wasn't it just Wednesday........I love Wednesdays, but it seems they are rolling around really quick lately.
Before October gets away from me, I decided I needed to make some Halloween cards.  Halloween is one of my favorite holidays.  I love seeing the kids all dressed up in their costumes.  I especially, love to see my grandkids.  You just have to love the sweet innocence of a child.

Sweet Sketch Wednesday123-57 and Sassy Cheryl's

Good morning and Happy SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY!
It has been quit the week this past week.  After getting home from my daughter's house, my little grand son got the croup and ended up in the hospital for three days.  One of those days just happened to be his birthday. The nurses and Doctor did everything possible to make sure the little guy had a nice birthday even though he had to be there instead of home.  He is finally home now and is doing a little better.  They still have to do the breathing treatments daily, but at least he is back home.

Our sponsor this week is SASSY CHERYL'S.
and, Cheryl is offering our GRAND PRIZE WINNER
a $5.00 Gift Certificate.

Here is our lovely sketch.  Arlana has brought back one of our previous sketches.  It is one of my favorites.  I am sure you will love it too.

The image I used is called "Overload at school"

I have used Stampin Up and Creative Imaginations paper.
Copic markers
I have popped the little boys hair, shirt, books and apple.  It is hard to see it in the picture but it actually, turned out really cute to do it that way.

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 122 and Saturated Canary

I am so excited to introduce a new sponsor for
SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY
this week.  You will adore every one of Krista's funky, fun images. I love every one of them and will have to buy them all at some point in time they are sooo cute.
Krista is offering our GRAND PRIZE WINNER (2) two digis of the winners choice.
I would like you to know a little bit about Krista so here she is:

My name is Krista Smith. I am the artist behind the Etsy shop, Saturated Canary Digis. I began working in the stamping world about a year ago when I was hired to create rubber designs for the sweet Scottish company, Sugar Nellie. They launched my artwork under the name 'Simply Sassy.' I moved into the digital world just this past month (it's been a super busy month, indeed!). And-- I love it!! There is a little more freedom here, as I can create anything that pops into my head:)! I am so humbled by the artistic talent of the girls coloring in my designs-- it is truly an inspiration! Likewise, I am so thankful for the friendships I've made in this wonderful and lovely crafty community! It's been a true delight! I'd love for you to stop by my challenge/inspiration blog, Saturated Canary Challenge and join in the fun...And, while you're there, click over to my personal blog (Saturated Canary) and introduce yourself! I am a bit eclectic and touch on everything from family (I've got me a great one!) to fashion (obsessed!)...Please say 'hi!'...I'd love to be friends!:)
